Paper Box Forming Machine

Paper box forming machine is widely used for forming paper boxes, like burger box, french fries boxes, snack paper boxes, etc. The equipment adopts mechanical rubber feeding structure. It uses chain drive method, running smooth and hard-wearing. The chain drive of each unit is separated, reducing noise and workload, increasing stability. Forming mold is adjustable and replaceable, suitable for a variety of box with different specifications and shapes. Compared with plastic boxes, the paper boxes made by carton, fluting and PE coated paper are more sustainable.

The whole machine adopts stainless steel screws.

It uses servo system, low noise, high environmental protection.

The equipment can be installed with a label inserting machine, which is convenient for counting the number of finished cartons.

Automatic glue spraying is convenient and quick. The operator do not need to clean the glue box every day.

The operator can change wooden molds for different boxes. And all of the samples boxes requires provided by our client.

Equipped with PLC control system, it will stop automatically when it lacks paper, more safer for operator.
