Step 1: Clamping the Pile

Step 2: Applying Force
Hydraulic pistons exert downward pressure, fracturing the concrete along pre-marked lines. The force is distributed evenly to prevent stress cracks in the remaining pile.

Step 3: Cutting the Reinforcement
As the concrete breaks, the pile breaker's blades or chisels sever the steel rebar, leaving a smooth, debris-free surface.

Step 4: Removing the Broken Section
The severed pile top is lifted away using a crane or excavator, leaving the foundation ready for the next construction phase.
