Main components of the spray plaster machine
Driving Mechanism
Linked to the cycloid reducer and positioned at one end of the machine, the driving device is powered by a motor. The motor is directly mounted on the reducer, aligned parallel to the rotor and stator axis.

Rotor Assembly

Operation Procedure of the Gypsum Spraying Machine
- Clear the debris in the spraying work area to avoid affecting the operation and safety.
- Before starting the operation, make sure that the gypsum spraying machine is intact, and that the nozzle and spray gun are clean and unblocked.
- Mix the gypsum powder with water according to the proportion, stir evenly, and ensure no particles.
- Connect the sprayer to the power supply and adjust the air pressure to the appropriate value.
- Pour the mixed gypsum material into the material barrel of the sprayer.
- Adjust the spraying pressure and spraying angle of the nozzle, move the nozzle evenly, and ensure uniform spraying.
- After spraying, clean the nozzle and spray gun of the spraying machine in time to avoid clogging caused by residual gypsum material.
