Description
Ultrasonic paper cup machine is the disposable paper cup making machine by ultrasonic waves bonding type. People need to put the paper cup fans on the papershelf. After starting the machine, the paper suction switch is opened to normal paper suction production. The whole production process is fully automatic. When the paper cups are finished, they will be piped into a paper cup collection rack and pushed out in a certain number.

Main Parts of the Ultrasonic Paper Cup Machine
Paper cup bottom paper system: A roll of paper cup bottom paper is installed on the one side of the machine. And there is a paper feed rubber roller for conveying bottom paper smoothly. The cutter cut the paper into round for making the bottom of paper cups. Waste paper will be transported out through the conveyor belt.
Paper cup fan feeding and shaping system: The equipment take out the paper cup fans into the mould to shape paper cup body, which will be conveyed to add and seal a bottom paper to make a full paper cup. Meanwhile, it will go through the rim of cup upper curling and the bottom paper cup knurling process.
Control panel and function introduction: In normal operation, only use two switches: start and stop switch. There is a row of automatic alarm switches. When the machine fails, it can realize automatic shutdown.
