Road salt spreader is the most commonly used snow removal equipment for chemical methods. During snow removal operations, rough salt, fine salt, ice removal, dried sand, special snow melting agent,s and anti -skid agents are evenly sprinkled on the road's surface. When the snow encounters coarse and fine salt, it forms a snow and snow melting agent. Because the freezing point containing the saline solution is lower than zero, the snow on the road area will be automatically melted, and it can also effectively slow down or avoid further snow. Snow melting agents have a wide range of applicability and high operating efficiency. When the road salt spreader is working, the conveying system sends the snow-melting agent inside the warehouse to the spreader. Driven by the hydraulic motor, the spreader rotates at high speed and sprinkle the snow melting agent to snow or ice -free road surface. The silo of the snowmelt distributor has a V-shaped structure, and the upper snowmelt agent falls freely to the conveyor under the action of gravity to ensure the continuity of spreading.

It adopts the operation principle of centrifugal force ejection. After the snow melt agent is sent into the disc spreading equipment through the bin, it is thrown out under the action of centrifugal force of high-speed rotating ejection disc. The higher the rotational speed, the farther the ejection distance is. The equipment effectively avoid the waste of snow melting agent, ensure the uniform distribution of snow melting agent, and save more than 40% of snow melting agent per unit area. It is suitable for all levels of highways, urban roads, airports, squares, scenic road snow melting use.
